Are your products vegan / cruelty free?
Yes. All ingredients used for my products are vegan friendly and have never been tested on animals.
Are your products pet-safe?
It's not possible to give a definitive answer to this, because like humans, sensitivities are going to vary from animal to animal. It's also hard to say, given that my products are never tested on animals.
In all cases, these products should always be kept well out of the reach of children and pets. If a product is knocked over or accidentally ingested, it's really important to get in touch with your doctor or vet straight away for immediate assistance.

Are your products skin safe?
No, these formulations contain high strength fragrance and essential oils and are not designed for use on skin. They may produce allergic reactions, so if any gets on skin make sure to rinse thoroughly with cool, clean water.
What carrier products do you use in your reed diffusers?
I use Dipropylene glycol methyl ether (also known as Dowanol DPM) as a carrier solution for all VEOR reed diffusers. This is a synthetic solvent that is slow evaporating carrier and perfect for coupling with fragrance oils to create a long-lasting diffuser.
This solvent is non-toxic, biodegradable, and water soluble. It is also vegan friendly and allergen free.
It shouldn't cause any adverse affects if used via the directions, but it should never be used on your skin, or swallowed.
What is the best way to dispose of used diffusers / fragrance?
Please never pour fragrance blends down the drain, as some products may come under the classification 'hazardous household waste' (like batteries, paint, and household cleaning chemicals). I recommend checking your local council website for more information on disposing of these products.
How do you take payment?
I accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure and encrypted Shopify platform - this platform used by many well known brands, and you can be sure that all your information is kept private. I will never see your full payment details either.
I also accept payment via PayPal Express, and you'll see the option for this at checkout.
Payment failed but has still been taken from my account.
In instances where your payment has been declined, your bank may still 'release' the funds, but we have not 'captured' it - so the payment may appear as a pending transaction on your end. This will automatically be reversed by your bank within a few business days. As we have not taken any payment, we cannot speed this up and have no access to the funds or your payment information. If you are worried, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.
Ordering and delivery
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder, or 'promotional' tab if you use gmail. If you still can't see it, drop me an email email@example.com and I can check, as there may have been a simple typo that I can change.
What countries do you ship to?
Due to many regulations with the export of products such as fragrance and diffusers, I can only ship domestically within the UK at this time.
Can I track my order?
If you have selected a tracked shipping service at check out, your tracking information will be sent to the email you supply at checkout. Please check your spam (or promotional folder if you use gmail) if this doesn't arrive to your inbox.
How do I return an item?
In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, you have 14 days from the date of arrival of your product(s) to request a return for a refund, and then 14 days in which to return the goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns outside of this time. Exchanges are not available at this time.
Items must be unused and unopened with all packaging in the condition that they arrived in, and in as new resaleable condition. Tamper proof seals must not be broken. Please note that due to the nature of my products, they are classed as restricted by Royal Mail and require additional labelling (ID8000 Consumer Commodity) to be sent in the post. You can reuse the box that your order arrived in that has this label, or ask at the Post Office for a new one.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, or there has been a simple error, please take photos of your order as it was received and email me straight away, along with your order number, at email@example.com so I can help you and rectify any issues!
I've used the product and I don't like it. Can I return it?
No. I cannot accept returns for used items. They must be in as new, resaleable condition with all tamper proof seals in tact.
